Lawyers of Distinction wishes to welcome Theresa Napolitano, Esq., of New York, New York as a certified member for 2019! Theresa is founder of TN Global, LLC. Based in the New York office, Theresa manages the overseas operations of TN Global, LLC. The Law Office of Theresa Napolitano concentrates its practice in US immigration and nationality law. The practice encompasses all areas of US immigration law including employment-based and investor immigration, family-based immigration and other immigrant categories, as well as non-immigrant visas, consular processing, naturalization and defense against removal.
A significant percentage of the practice is in the area of asylum and refugee law offering individuals and charitable organizations pro bono services. Theresa provides immigration consultations and represents clients at U.S. consulates world wide.
Prior to establishing TN Global, LLC, Theresa was partner in a US based law firm in New York. Early in her career, she was an associate attorney at a private law firm handling civil and tort litigation. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey and completed a course of study in European Union Law at Lund University in Lund, Sweden. As a Fulbright Scholar, Theresa researched defense systems of the Baltic Region in affiliation with the Albert Einstein Center for Non Violence at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. While researching in Sweden, she also assisted in the re-drafting of the Lithuanian Criminal Code.
Theresa’s professional affiliations include membership in the American Trial Lawyers Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, International Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. Theresa is active in the American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee and the National Association of Arab American Professionals. She also tought undergraduate courses in comparative cultures and religions of the Middle East.
Theresa lives in New Jersey. She has resided in Europe and currently holds residences in Cairo, Egypt and Dubai, UAE.
