Lawyers of Distinction is proud to welcome one of its newest members, Erica Alfaro, Esq., of Riverside, California. Erica is Staff Counsel at State Compensation Insurance in Riverside, CA where practices workers’ compensation law defending state agencies. Erica obtained her undergraduate and legal education at University of California, Davis.
Erica has been active in the Riverside County Bar Association for several years. She most recently served as President of the Barristers, the new and young attorney section of the RCBA, and was instrumental in reviving the organization. As Barristers President, she made a concerted effort to support RCBA Foundation Programs including Project Graduate which supports foster youth and the Elves Program that assists needy families during the holidays.
For the past 2 years, Erica has served as a board member for Inland County Legal services which is a nonprofit organization providing legal services to low-income persons residing in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Erica is a member of the Leo A. Deegan A. Inn of Court. She previously served as a volunteer attorney at non-profit Inland Empire Latino Lawyers. Again, Congratulations Erica on becoming a Lawyer of Distinction!
