Luce received her Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law in 1986 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Davis & Elkins College with a Bachelor of Arts. She began working for founder and legendary lawyer Stuart Calwell in 2008 and has earned a reputation as a formidable medical malpractice attorney. Luce was elevated to Managing Attorney in 2011 and continues to serve in that capacity under the new partnership.
Among other accolades, Luce is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a member of the prestigious Injury Board, AV Preeiminent Peer Rated by Martindale-Hubbell for highest level of professional excellence, listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, and prior to returning to West Virginia in 2008, was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction by less than one percent of the legal profession in New Jersey.
