Lawyers of Distinction wishes to welcome Abigail Beebe, Esq., of West Palm Beach, Florida as one of its newest members.

After graduating from Florida Atlantic University, Abigail went to work for the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach, where she was exposed to a wide variety of situations, issues and legal challenges related to family law. Much more than a job, this experience ignited a personal passion and convinced Abigail that the best way she could positively and meaningfully impact the most people was through a career specializing in family law.
In 2006, she began practicing law and leveraged the experience of seasoned attorneys in the legal realm by working for a group firm that shared her goals and values. Eight years later, equipped with expertise, passion and drive, Abigail began creating her own legacy by opening The Law Office of Abigail Beebe, P.A. in July 2014.
Since then, she has been recognized as a Best Lawyer, Florida Super Lawyer, Rising Star, Top 100 Lawyer by The National Advocates, and most recently a 2018 Member of American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. Abigail has been featured in various media outlets, including CBS12 WPEC West Palm Beach, The Palm Beach Post, South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Palm Beach Woman Magazine, Healthy Living Magazine, South Florida Business Journal and Daily Business Review.
While Abigail’s success ultimately comes in the happiness and satisfaction she delivers to clients, she is truly honored by the recognition she has received from non-profit organizations in the industry. Abigail has been named “Pro Bono Attorney of the Year” twice – first by the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County in 2013 and then by Florida Children’s First in 2015. These awards underscore her unwavering dedication to the field and her desire to assist the widest possible scope of individuals who need her assistance.
From a broader perspective, Abigail maintains a focus on the advocacy of key issues in family law as an active participant and influencer in the ongoing debate and legal battle over alimony reform. To this end, she chairs legislation for The Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, lobbying and assisting in the drafting of documentation on the subject.
In addition to her extensive efforts in the legal realm, Abigail works tirelessly as a fundraiser for causes that benefit children in need. As a mother of three, she recognizes the supreme importance of providing children with a happy and safe environment and the potential to thrive, and she strives to protect those opportunities with her professional endeavors and dedication to charitable organizations.

Again, congratulations Abigail on being named a Lawyer of Distinction.
