Charles Kingsbury graduated in 1989 from Cumberland Law School in Birmingham, Alabama. He was a member of the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Journal and was an assistant editor and author of “Reservation of Rights” in Volume 12:2. Published in 1987. After law school, Mr. Kingsbury began working for a big civil litigation in Dallas, Texas for over 2 years before moving back to Houston where he has resided a majority of his life. He is a skilled trial attorney having tried over 150 jury trials to completion. He has tried both criminal and civil cases, including DWI and major felony trials. Mr. Kingsbury has resolved numerous complex family and custody cases. Mr. Kingsbury is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Bay Area Bar Association, the Houston Criminal Bar Association, the Galveston County Criminal Bar Association and the Montgomery County Criminal Bar Association.
